We have just obtained the emergency motion filing by Tameka Raymond and she is clearly determined to regain full custody of both her children from singer Usher Raymond. Tameka Raymond is now asking Fulton County Superior Court Judge John Goger to reverse a previously issued court order issued by controversial judge Bensonetta Tipton-Lane in which she granted the singer full custody of both children Usher Raymond, V and Naviyd Ely Raymond. We has also learned that their son is also in an Atlanta hospital under medical sedation because of the accident.

In the above video, Tameka Raymond tells a judge why she feels the kids are not safe with singer Usher Raymond. In this incident, a stalker was able to gain access to the singer’s home and actually was able to take photos while inside. A judge issued a permanent restraining order against the mentally disturbed woman.
In the legal filing, Tameka Foster-Raymond has stated the following:
“Usher has refused to allow me to exercise parenting time with the minor children when he is out-of-town and has denied almost every request I have made to exercise additional parenting time with the minor children since the entry of the Modification order. Tameka also alleges that Usher has stated to her that he “would rather have the nanny raise the children than allow her any additional parenting time outside the specific times allowed by the court‘
She also pointed out in her filing that Usher allows 85% of his parenting time with the children being spent in the care of a third-party because of his work related travel schedule and for that reason Tameka states that she would be a better caregiver for the children.
