There are many rapper that enter the game that come out of New York City only to lose steam after a few years. This is not the case with Harlem rapper DZA as his cold rhymes have for many years afforded him a loyal fan base.
DZA comes with raw material non-stop in his music. The rapper released eight mixtapes within the last five years, all featuring A-list guest appearances from artists such as: Wiz Khalifa, A$AP Rocky, BIG K.R.I.T., etc.
29-year-old Smoke DZA released his latest track entitled “Obey Your Thirst”, which is said to appear under producer Harry Fraud’s SRFSCHL label. The Kush God raps about his lifestyle in the fast lane, letting all know what he likes his cup filled with. The rapper stayed true to his dope Harlem flow as he raps on the chorus “Only time I drink Sprite is when it’s lean in it/Money so tall I can lean on it”. This New York native is no rookie when it comes to getting down and dirty and adding a little twist to his Sprite mix! He encourages all in the Harry Fraud–produced joint to “keep it cool and obey your thirst”, bump it!
