On October 25th in the heart of Atlanta, the sixth annual Art, Beats + Lyrics multimedia exhibition was held. For the past six years this exhibition has been gaining more popularity. Created by Dubelyoo and Jabari Graham, the main goal of the exhibition is to showcase the original themes of hip-hop along with urban art. You got to love when hip-hop and art collide.
This event was the best of both worlds not only catering to painters and artists but to hip-hop heads as well. Featuring visual installations by noteworthy artists, you couldn’t help but to get overwhelmed by the array of original pieces. There was even musical performances by a variety of artists to keep the visitors entertained. DJ Quick and Teddy Riley were among those providing the beats.
