    Drake Toronto condo

Drake is finally getting rid of his old bachelor pad in Toronto’s exclusive Yorkville shopping district, and moving full-time to the celebrity-hot spot in California’s San Fernando Valley.

The rapper/singer who recently released his latest album, Nothing Was The Same sold his three-bedroom, 3,600-square-foot 1 St. Thomas St. condo for $3.75 million just days before his 27th birthday. The condo was initially up for sale at $4.2 million in July.

Drake back side houseDrake dropped nearly 7.7 million on his dream home in Hidden Hills in July 2012, and from the looks of things it was worth every penny. Many might find the mansion familiar due to Drake’s Grammy-drinking vlog, but it’s a staple property on the Hollywood scene.

The 12,500-square-foot mansion, famously known as Old Lion Manor, sits in the same neighborhood as the Kardashian/Jenner clan, Tamar Braxton and Vince Herbert, Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, Denise Richards and Sinbad.

Lawrence Pollack who started the Saddle Ranch Restaurant chain, famous for their mechanical bull and  William Peter Blatty who is famous for writing the novel The Exorcist lived here before Drake snagged the spot.

Take a look at Drake’s new pad. I’m sure he’s not missing the condo so much.
