A$AP Ferg was hot on every block as A$AP Rocky’s sidekick, but the rapper certainly changed the lights , stepping out of Rocky’s shadow and into his own spotlight! With his untouchable rhymes and beats, the 25-year-old has received major recognition being crowned “Rookie of the Year” at this year’s BET Hip Hop Awards. The Harlem breed released his debut single, “Work” in August 2012, and hasn’t heard the end of the hype yet! The Chinza Fly-produced track went platinum racking up over 2 million online views and being awarded as one of the “50 Best Songs of 2012” by Complex Magazine!
Ferg’s next exclusive release “Shabba” also did wonders as the track topped the charts an remains on repeat in each and every single club on the block! The original version features his right hand man A$AP Rocky, where the two went on beast mode and slayed the track, but their collaboration has nothing on Ferg’s new single “Shabba (Remix)”, where Ferg links up with the very own Shabba Ranks himself, Busta Rhymes, and Migos! With a team like that? Let’s just say, these guys are taking home a win!
