On Wednesday, rap mogul Jay Z paid a visit to the Andy Warhol Museum and while he was there he also posed on The Factory’s infamous couch. The couch was found on the street by American photographer Billy Name and became Warhol’s popular crash pad for many friends. The Factory couch has even made appearances in Warhol’s films Blow Job and Couch. The photo of Jay was taken by Lenny S., aka “The Kodak Man”. Lenny S has been apart of the entertainment industry for a long time. Lenny has handled the creative process for artists when recording an album. He has worked with stars like Beyonce, Drake, Diddy and more. The caption on Lenny’s instagram photo reads, “I’m the new Jean-Michel, surrounded by Warhol, my whole team ball” – Picasso JAY X WARHOL.” You got to love when hip-hop and art collide.
