As more information is released about the upcoming Lee Daniels created Hip-Hop drama, fans can not help but to get excited. The Wrap reports that mega producer Timbaland will be assigned to creating the original songs for the upcoming film. The project will feature both existing and original music.
Directed by Daniels and co-written by Charlie Strong, the show will star Daniels’ “The Butler” star Terrence Howard and Taraji P. Henson. These two stars have worked together before in case “Hustle & Flow” doesn’t ring a bell. We can already expect to be blown away from these two. No word yet on a release date but it is definitely shaping up to be an epic project. With Timbaland over the music, we can already expect to be dancing in our seats.
