In a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles, California, a man that has sued fast food chain McDonalds for a million dollars because they failed to give him more napkins says the case is about unfair treatment and racial discrimination. Most would think his lawsuit is a bit frivolous at first glance but when you listen to him tell his story, you may believe that there is some legitimacy to his claim.
In a video just released via TMZ.com, Webster Lucas who filed his million dollar lawsuit with McDonalds says that he’s not just doing this for himself but for the younger folks that will come after him. Lucas has also decided to jump ship with the restaurant and give his future business to restaurant chain Jack in the Box restaurant.
