The Southeast Urban Music Conference (SUMC) is celebrating Black Music Month with an event that you don’t want to miss. During June 5-8 here in Atlanta, SUMC will be celebrating Black Music Month with The 10th Annual SUMC Urban Music Conference. This event will be filled from opening to closing with activities and highlights that include a casino night, entertainment expo, power panels, movie screenings, and a midnight breakfast showcase with live bands. There will also be awards giving out at this year’s 10th annual music conference with SUMC honoring the DJs and holding an urban radio awards luncheon/showcase and an awards dinner.
The mission of the Southeast Urban Music Conference is to bring networking to record labels, brand companies and industry heads who want to discuss the changes in music industry as it relates to the marketing and branding of recording artists and labels through a series of major showcases, networking events, and seminars.
