The game show “Jeopardy” turned 50 years old yesterday and to celebrate, the cast at “Saturday Night Live” poked fun at the game show with a parody called “Black Jeopardy.” This spoof is full of stereotypical hilarity as “Black Jeopardy” featured categories such as “Had That Been Me,” “Its Been A Minute,” and “Psssh!” Prizes for the game show even included a “Set It There” flat screen television that does not come with a mount for the wall.
“Black Jeopardy” was hosted by Darnell Hayes aka “Alex Treblack”” played by Keenan Thompson. Adding to the laughter was Louis C.K’s character, an African-American Studies professor who definitely received his share of awkward moments, especially when C.K.’s character becomes aware of the “Final Jeopardy” category “Rap Songs That Begin With The Letter ‘N.’”
