The Game went out partying Saturday at Lure in Hollywood, which is not a big deal except for the fact that this is the same club that he recently accused of partnering with the LAPD to block out minorities and rappers from their club. Game implies that the club paid him off.
Both Lure and the LAPD deny the racist allegations made by Game, however Lure is owned by the same people who own Supperclub. If Supperclub sounds familiar, it is because this is where Game and T.I. got into a pretty intense standoff with LAPD cops weeks ago over a friend that was brutally beaten by security, so you can make the call on whether Game’s claims are true or false.
According to TMZ, Game met with promoters for Lure and everyone hugged and made up. A rep from Lure told TMZ, a payment to Game was made, but it was made to look like it was a fee for an appearance and not a settlement.
Did Game take a check to be a Sambo for the weekend? Regardless if the payment was made for an appearance or a settlement, Lure also acquired Game’s freedom papers in the deal.
Listen to Game explain the payment situation in the video below.
