24 year old Grammy-nominated recording artist and The Wire actor, Tristan Paul Mack Wilds, known in the industry as Mack Wilds, has dropped his new remix to his single, “My Crib” now featuring hip hop recording artist, Pusha T, who throws in an additional two verses. The remix to “My Crib” was taped from the “BET Music Matters” compilation. Due to be released on June 23rd of 2014, well-known stars such as Miguel and Big Sean are to be featured in the compilation as well. “My Crib” (Remix) is available on SoundCloud and is available for pre-order via Amazon.

The original version of the now-released remix to “My Crib” first appeared on Wilds’ debut album, New York: A Love Story, released September 30, 2013 and nominated for Best Urban Contemporary Album at the 56th Grammy Awards. Artist, Ne-Yo, served as a producer for the album and features artists, such as Method Man, Raekwon and Doug E. Fresh. The first single from Wilds’ album, “Own It”, was released on June 24th, 2013 and the music video following suit on that July 30th. New York: A Love Story earned itself a number 7 spot on the US Top Heatseekers Albums chart, a number 28 spot on the US Top R&B/Hip Hop Albums chart, and a number 36 spot on the US Independent Albums chart.
