On June 25th, Black Celebrity Giving hosted the second annual, Giving is Good Awards. Black Celebrity Giving aims to enrich the lives of others through black celebrity philanthropy, nonprofits, grants and causes and to inform people on issues affecting the black community.
The event honored and recognized foundations that made a significant impact and difference in their communities and that helped raise clothing for over 3,000 homeless youth. Emerging 100 Atlanta, Forty Girls and Some Shoes, Kamp Kizzy, Love Beyond Walls, Saving Our Daughters, and many more foundations were honored and recognized at the event.
