This time last year, the faces of millions displayed a look of bewilderment and disbelief as George Zimmerman was acquitted of all charges in the Trayvon Martin case. Since then, he has been in the media for scandalous things that surely didn’t add to his credibility.  The case has since closed, but many people are urging others to support efforts in presenting a re-trail for the case.

“I challenge that all the young people and  adults to help the next generation find what they’re passionate about,” Kobe Bryant (Los Angeles Lakers)

“I think we identify with a way of dressing, a way of looking, and a way of talking, and if we don’t dress, look, or talk a certain way, we are on the outside of something. We aren’t on the inside,” Nipsey Hussle (Rapper)

These sediments and more were discussed during the Trayvon Martin rally in Crenshaw, Los Angeles. The event was held this past Sunday at Crenshaw High School. 200 attendees were on hand as they, along with others marched down the streets of LA in the wake of the one year anniversary of the trial that shook America to it’s core.
