Charlamagne is known for his Howard Stern style of approach when interviewing guests on the popular show The Breakfast club but he might have crossed the line of comedy when he attempted to get a rise (pause) out of veteran hip hop artist Fredro Starr. All hell appeared to break loose when Charlamagne asked about a comment Fredro made about having a certain type of sexual encounter with singer Brandy. At some point Fredro along with his cousin and second half of Onyx member Sticky Fingaz decided to deliver a barrage of insults to the host.
While some may believe Charlamagne might have went too far, we have to ask, do you walk into a burning building wearing gasoline underwear? Fredro should have realized that the kid gloves were coming off once he sat in the proverbial hot seat. However in fairness, Fredro did remind the radio host that his background contrast in comparison to the one Charlamagne has and he wasted no time reminding him that he was Wendy Williams sidekick on her WBLS radio New York show many years ago while he in fact doing dirt in the street.
