Dr. Dre’s phantom album Detox has officially been scrapped according to Aftermath producer Dawaun Parker. Parker checked in with the Cosmic Zoo podcast and dished some new info on the long awaited project.
“Here’s the thing that a lot of people don’t know… at one point a couple of years ago – and I’m only saying this because Marsha Ambrosius revealed more – that the album [Dre’s] working on is not called Detox.” He scrapped Detox a couple of years ago, and came up with another title. I won’t say what the title is cause I haven’t seen that online or anything yet.”
