The queen of twerk aka Amber Rose can rest a little easy now that a judge will rule within weeks that she is entitled to receive a cool 1 million dollars in her impending divorce with rapper Wiz Khalifa because of that prenup the two signed just before they said “I Do” to each-other. According sources close to the two, Amber was adamant about Wiz signing her 8-page prenuptial agreement or there would have been no wedding. In the document she made sure that if she stayed with the rapper for at least 1-year, he would folk over the 1 million dollars. Yes, you heard it, 1 million dollars if she stayed in the marriage for at least 1 year. Sounds almost calculated especially with the timing of her filing. One could make the assumption that there may have been problems in the marriage or there never was any intention by the model to stay with Wiz Khalifa.
Because of the carefully worded agreement, Amber will not be entitled to spousal support or an automatic granting of custody by a California judge. It is however unusual that Wiz would consider to such terms in light of the fact most agreements of this type usually doesn’t yield any financial benefits for at least three years. According to TMZ.com, there was no mention of infidelity in her divorce filing so basically she is just cashing in on her contract with the rapper.
