Rich Homie Quan’s father was shot several times yesterday and is in critical condition in an Atlanta hospital. Corey Lamar was shot by a masked gunman who entered into his barbershop and let off rounds. It is unclear if it was an attempted robbery or if it was surrounding any beefs between Rich Homie Quan, whose real name is Dequantes Lamar. According to WSB-TV Atlanta, the suspect fled in a black car and the barbershop was also shot up last month. Corey Lamar underwent surgery yesterday and is expected to survive. Lamar is also Quan’s manager and the ATL rapper has been by his pop’s side since the shooting. We send a spend a recovery to Corey Lamar and we’ll keep you posted as the story develops.
