Roscoe Dash just checked in with “Sway In The Morning” and discussed his return to the scene and his growth as a musician. The founder of the “Turn Up” movement  talked about his absence as well as his growing from his public disputes with Wale, Kanye West and Miguel when he made the public aware of his contributions to the hits “To The World” and “Lotus Flower Bomb after not being properly credited. A more mature Roscoe stated,

“I think way back then I was a little obnoxious and arrogant to get on Twitter and say the things that I said. Even though it (those comments) came from a good place, now I know better than to do that type of stuff when it comes to business. It could have been a phone call but I just felt like they could have called me because it was so easy to call me at first when you needed the help and wanted me to come in and work on the project so I just felt like it should have been the same line of communication the whole way through. And I was 22 when that happened and I really didn’t know how to handle that.”

Roscoe also revealed how he feels about his “Turn Up” phrase taking legs of its own and becoming a movement and being used by everyone from Kevin Hart to Lil Wayne.
