Since his latest album “The Year Of The Wolf” dropped in October 2014, Game has been working hard in studio to complete his newest project. To hold fans over until the new project release, he drops a song called “The Soundtrack.
After a week of numerous collaborations, Game drops a new single featuring Philly rapper Meek Mil. On “The Soundtrack,” the intro starts a with a jazz element, like a powerful vocal sample, soulful horns, and a full choir. Then the two MCs’ begin to trade bars over an hypnotizing beat.
It is unsure if this single will be featured on Game’s sequel for his album “The Documentary” or just an extra song for fans to enjoy.
“Meek tell ‘em that I’m back on my grizzly though /Most of these rappers’ lives like a f—kin’ Miguel video/Compton killed eight of my n—gas, but that’s my city though/Yeah we movin’ birds, but we throw ‘em like a frisbee though.” raps Game.
