Just when things were finally getting back on track for Chris Brown, he’s hit with yet another bombshell to join with his many troubles from past years. The 25-year-old superstar was recently back in the headlines over allegedly fathering a child with woman he’d dated, Nia Amey. As a result of this, the rocky relationship with Karrueche Tran has finally seemed to come to an end. Not only has she reportedly began blocking his calls, but her statement following the report spoke volumes of her current state of mind.
“Listen. One can only take so much. The best of luck to Chris and his family. No baby drama for me.” Tran tweeted shortly after hearing about the recent report. While Chris has continued to reach out to make amends with Karrueche, she doesn’t seem to want to resolve things. Even going as far as to begin moving her things out of his place while he’s currently headlining the BTS Tour alongside R&B singer, Trey Songz.
As much as most people would understand Tran’s frustrations, social media is the last place that a person should go to air their emotions. Considering that Chris Brown has tried his best to keep himself out of negativity and keep the media out of his business, Tran’s actions on Twitter suggest that she doesn’t have that same mindset. Granted, she’s upset but picking up the phone still seems like a logical alternative when it comes to cancelling the media frenzy and drama that is sure to follow.
From the outside looking in, calling this situation ‘messy’ would be an understatement but with Chris’s obvious efforts to try and fix things and uplifting social media posts countering Tran’s, shows his maturity in the matter. Who knows how the Chris Brown of a few years ago would’ve handled this situation and his efforts to fix things shouldn’t go un-noticed. We’ll just have to see where this story goes because when it comes to Chris Brown, there’s always more to the story than what the media likes to broadcast.
