Since the release of his debut album “B4.Da.$$,” Joey Bada$$ has been quiet until today with the release of a song called “Perception VS. Reality.” Produced by Kirk Knight, one of his Pro Era crew members, Joey gives his fans nothing but raw lyricism.
“No my hands ain’t dirty, but as you can see/I’m another misconception of reality/So when the po’ drive by, he ain’t gotta ask me/About the body that somebody caught last week/I ain’t finna go downtown in no backseat /’Cuz perception is reality when Black like me.” raps Joey.
Joey Bada$$’ debut album “B4.Da.$$” went to number 5 on Billboard charts with 58,000 unit sold.
