T-Pain is back! After showcasing over 40 songs at SXSW, he introduced a song called “Hashtag 2015” featuring OG Maco. “Hashtag 2015” is the second leak off his upcoming mixtape “The Iron Way” with DJ Drama. The song is dedicated to the women who are consumed by social media, who shares their whole life on Instagram but not with their closest admirer.
The song also features T-Pain going back to his signature auto-tuned roots, while observing the characteristics of modern love.
“I’mma be OK, I’m doin’ me/Let me get one day, privacy please/Ain’t tryin’ to be in your business, I call it how I see/Stop with the posting, and you’ll get that privacy that you need.”
