Fans of the dynamic duo of Wiz Khalifa and Curren$y should be giddy as they announced a new mixtape titled ‘#2009’ on Sunday. They also treated us with a new song “Uber Driver” from the joint tape. This is their first project together since 2013’s ‘Live in Concert EP’. The mixtape title is clearly a reference to their first collaboration piece ‘How Fly’ which made them very popular and really started getting the wheels going Wiz’s career in 2009. This song sounds what everyone has accustomed to hearing from Wiz and Spitta, a dope laid back beat with the them just rhyming ever so smoothly with fly lyrics. Safe to assume the room was cloudy when this was recorded.
