Baton Rouge rapper and member of Trill Ent, Lil Trill sits down with sits down with DJ Smallz and discusses what it’s like working for his dad who is the CEO of Trill Ent.
The Black Card Yungin’s father, Turk, is the co-CEO of the record label which creates a unique, Empire-like, situation where music mixes family with business.
“If you look at my background I’ve been doing this since I was a lil kid,” said Lil Trill. “At the end of the day he is still my dad and he is going to be in my best interest so I just roll with it.”
Lil has been rapping with Trill Ent since he was 16 appearing on several tracks with label-mates Lil Boosie and Webbie. He kicked of the year by dropping a new mixtape, “Zero Tolerance.”
