Pusha T had fans talking about his trademark braids recently, which he has NOT cut off. Now the talk is revolving around his new album King Push. We always were hearing Spring 2015 would be around the time to expect the My Name is My Name follow-up and that is not exactly the case. June 30th is going to be the day that the Virginia Beach rapper is scheduled to drop, which will firmly have him competing on the summer charts.
My Name is My Name was met with widespread acclaim and many think it was the best album of 2013. Needless to say Pusha T has a lot to live up to in this sophomore solo outing. Even with the album release date now known, the rest of the project is still in some secrecy. Guest appearances are still mostly unknown but we can almost bank on a Kanye West feature. As well as the return of The Hitmen Production Team with Diddy working as producer. We have to ask, should the braids go or stay?
