The visuals for Vince Staples latest single “Senorita” has just been released. Directed by Ian Pons Jewell, the video displays the west coast rapper’s neighborhood turning into an apocalyptic war zone. As he walk down the block, Staples performs and a tattooed man lip-sings the Future hook as bodies drop when giant guns fire in the background.
“Livin’ for that True Religion is broke shit, I can spend that on a Mac with a long clip/Fly in that Benz but you hide in that Focus/My nigga just focus, I’m tryin’ to paint you a picture, we stuck in the moment/My burner gets stuck if I shoot it too much so a nigga resorted to domin’.”
Produced by Christian Rich, Staples spits enough punch lines to convince the non-believers. The OddFuture and Kanye West affiliate will likely become a household name in no time.
