Nia Guzman, the mother of Chris Brown’s daughter, was not satisfied with the $2,500 that Brown was paying her in child support and has asked the singer to hike the payments up to $15,000 a month.
News about the 26-year old singer’s estranged daughter, Royalty, broke in March and the singer confirmed it with pictures of the adorable baby on his social media accounts. Brown even took his daughter to the Billboard Music Awards just last week.
The “No Bulls**t” singer stopped paying the $2,500 in March after Guzman started asking for six times that amount. Brown says that she is using the 11-month old girl along with his fame and fortune to as an excuse to ask for a ridiculous payment. Guzman claims that Brown is being incredibly cheap and that their child is suffering because of it.
Unless a settlement comes quickly, Guzman and her lawyer, Carl Moore, will be filing court documents asking for back child support and an increase in monthly payments.
