In an exclusive interview with The Dallas News just hours ago, the teenager seen in a video that has since went viral because of the actions of a racist McKinney, Texas cop who physically assaulted a teenage African-American female and then without provocation drew his service revolver on 18-year old Adrian Martin. Mr. Martin explained in the interview that he was charged with interfering with the police but in fact he only went over to see why former McKinney cop Eric Casebolt was “man-handling” a 15-year old black female. The cowardly cop has since resigned but has not yet been charged with a crime.

Conley said at a news conference late Tuesday that Casebolt, 41, resigned “on his own will” while under investigation. He will keep his pension and benefits.

“Our policies, our training and our practice do not support his actions,” Conley said. “He came into the call out of control and, as the video shows, was out of control during the incident.”

Teens who were at the pool party said they were happy Casebolt was off the force. But some worried he could become an officer at another department.

“What he did was wrong and he shouldn’t be able to do it to someone else,” said Ladariene McKever, 15.

The police chief also stated that Casebolt simply said he resigns and didn’t say he was sorry for what he did. Clearly a coward until the end.
