The former president of the Spokane chapter of the NAACP, Rachel Dolezal, is being publicly shamed on Twitter after her own parents exposed her for posing to be Black.
News broke that Dolezal faced a city ethics investigation after she misrepresented herself as an African-American on a job application. The internet started to buzz after a video surfaced of her interview with KXLY4 where she struggled to answer the question, “Are you truly Black.”
Dolezal’s mother has even come out saying that Rachel is white and she has been lying about her identity for years. It took people no time to respond to the news via Twitter conjuring up a hurricane of hilarious #askRachel memes.
