Detroit rapper Eminem releases another single from the ‘Southpaw” soundtrack. Like “Phenomenal,” he drops some dope bars on “Kings Never Die,” but this time he receives assistance from rock star Gwen Stefani. On the track, he gives you truthful but emotional lyrics and Gwen covers the hook.
“How come it wasn’t what I thought it was/Was it, too good to be true?/Have nothing, get it all but too much of it/Then lose it again, then I swallow hallucinogens/Cause if not, where the hell did it go?/Cause here I sit in Lucifer’s den by the dutch oven
Just choosing to sin/Even if it means I’m selling my soul, just to be the undisputed again/Do whatever I gotta do this to win.” raps Em.
“Kings Never Die” will be featured on the “Southpaw” soundtrack and it will be released on July 24th. The movie will arrive in theaters on the same day and actors Jake Gyllenhaal, Forest Whitaker, Rachel McAdams, and Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson will star in the film.
