With the critical acclaim of ‘Straight Outta Compton’, N.W.A has been the topic of conversation in hip hop this past week in many interviews. The film shows the story of ‘The World’s Most Dangerous Group’ and their rise to fame and disbandment. Of course the film has to really end around the time the Eazy-E passes away in one of the most powerful moments of the entire movie.
In a sit down interview with VladTV, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, one of the successful acts Eazy-E had on Ruthless Records, and they reveal what business was like with Eazy. They also said they are not convinced about Eazy-E dying of AIDS. Wish Bone said the following when asked about the possibility of Eazy-E having been injected with something:
Me personally, I do as well.Even to this day, none of his kids, none of his baby mammas, his mistresses – nobody has come up with HIV. Just rationally thinking, something had to go on.
Krayzie Bone adds in, ‘I know people can live with HIV for years and look healthy, but when you’re about to die from full-blown AIDS, you’re gonna look like you’re gonna die from AIDS… Eazy didn’t look like that at all…He was short but he was stocky, he looked the same.’
Bone Thugs-N-Harmony also revel that Eazy had fired Jerry Heller not too soon before he succumbed to AIDS. There has always been a cast of doubt over his death and the conspiracy theories are only going to grow even larger. Suge Knight as always been tied to his death and there is a clip from Jimmy Kimmel Live that does not help the matter.
