Future and Drake did release the long rumored and anticipated mixtape last night, first on a special edition OVO Sound Radio, then making it available exclusively for purchase on iTunes. What A Time To Be Alive is the title and when it hit the internet, people lost their minds and were praising it left and right. Except Meek Mill.

Meek Mill seemed to be the target of a few lines on the mixtape. Drake and Meek Mill really had public battle that most considered to be one-sided on Drake’s end. Future and Meek Mill never had any issues, outside of Meek saying too much Future was being played during the Made in America concert in Philadelphia just last month.

However, Meek said no harm or disrespect was meant towards Future as he was just making an observation of the DJ’s set being very Future heavy. So when fans heard the song ‘Big Rings’ and Future rapped, “You just a battle rapper, I’m an official trapper/Niggas be droppin’ subliminals nigga, they’re just some jibber jabber.”

Then Drake said what he needed say on ‘Change Locations’. “Fuck all the opps and the shots that they send
I let off first then I let off again, You will not hear from them ever again.” ’30 for 30 Freestyle’ was a bit more longer when it came to taking jabs. “The pen is working if you niggas need some ghost lines…Kids’ll lose their lives, got me scared of losing mine/And if I hold my tongue about it, I get crucified…When the higher-ups have all come together as a collective/With conspiracies to end my run and send me a message.”

Of course this led to fans of Drake and Future clowning on Meek Mill on social media. Meek seems to just be taking a somewhat high road as he did not go on a twitter rant but did post an interesting caption on Instagram after What A Time To Be Alive dropped.

    #fuckboyseason lol

This feud seems to have an added dimension with Future seemingly to appear on Drake’s side. Now if Meek was able to get a song with Ciara…
