It is with great sadness that we have to report one of our favorite rappers has been diagnosed with the deadly cancer disease. Baton Rouge rapper Lil Boosie posted on his instagram page requesting that his fans pray for him. “I need all my fans to pray for me, doctor just told me I have cancer on my kidneys. Prayer is power that’s why I’m letting the world know. #PrayfoBoosie” According to TMZ, Boosie’s camp was not happy he revealed it to the public and for whatever reason, the post has since been deleted.
That revelation sent shock waves through the hip hop community with some posting the following:
We sat down with the rapper after he was released from prison on a drug-related offense and he was more focused than ever as he spoke about all the new music he was working on as well as his time in prison.
