Alleged Double-Homicide Cop Killer Suspect Found Dead Inside His Cell Under Suspicious Circumstances

    Marvin Banks, 30, was found unresponsive in his jail cell days ago and now jail officials are stating he died of unknown causes. Banks was charged with two counts of capital murder back in May for the alleged killing of two Hattiesburg, Mississippi Police officers. According police accounts Banks was the person they believed was responsible for killing Benjamin Deen and Liquori Tate during a traffic stop. What was extremely interesting about this death was that there was only a preliminary done however officials believe his death was the result of an enlarged heart? Did he have prior heart problems before entering the jail? Forrest County coroner Butch Benedict stated in his report that there were no signs of trauma when he looked at the body.

    Banks, his brother and a girlfriend were arrested hours after the cops were murdered and police contend that Banks was the shooter. His co-defendants remain behind bars with both facing capital murder charges.
