Last night, music mogul Jermaine Dupri along with daughters Shaniah and Jalynn hosted an Atlanta screening of the upcoming comedy DADDY’S HOME at Regal Atlantic Station. Outfitted in “ugly Christmas sweaters,” JD and his lovely girls welcomed the attendees, which included Jagged Edge singer Wingo, singer RL (Next), gospel singer Micah Stampley, DJ Fadelf, Beautii J (“Cutting It: In the ATL”), Melissa Knowles (HLN), Jonica “Blu” Booth (“Bad Girls Club”), Bo Talley, Shay Johnson (“Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta”) and more.
Brad Taggart (Will Ferrell) is a kindhearted radio executive who wants to be the best possible stepfather to his wife’s (Linda Cardellini) two children. When her impossibly cool ex-husband Dusty (Mark Wahlberg) breezes back into town, Brad’s feeling of insecurity quickly develops into an inferiority complex. As Dusty demonstrates his flair for athletics, home repair and bad-boy charisma, Taggart finds himself in a no-holds-barred battle to one-up his rival and win the approval of his family.
Daddy’s home hit movie theaters December 24th.
