19-year-old Billy Chambers has been carefully carving his lane in the crowded DMV music scene, and opted to usher in a busy 2016 with a brand-new single entitled “Tonight.” It’s slated to appear on his impending Electric Love album which is due at the top of the year, and takes on an uptempo, electro-pop instrumental courtesy of EZRA. “Tonight.” is the latest release from his upcoming, debut album Electric Love.
