After Deanna Carter, a courageous NYC straphanger saw a man now identified as 23-year-old Kevin Cuffe masturbating on a subway train she was riding has been arrested by transit police today. Carter who was reading her kindle device when she noticed strange movements coming from the direction where Cuffe was sitting. She then grabbed her camera phone and began recording what he was doing and then verbally chastised him for his behavior then ordered him to leave the subway immediately.
“Tell me why this dude was rubbing his penis sitting across from me,” Carter wrote. “I went off! I’m so mad now.”
In the video, she publicly calls out the man, who had a backpack on his lap with his hand underneath.
“What the fuck are you doing?” Carter said. “You want to do that freaky sh*t, you do that freaky shit off the motherf*cking train.”
Many are calling Carter a hero but she believes she was just protecting the little girls that were riding the train as well. Cuff was later charged with two counts of public lewdness and was also caught last December doing the same thing. Perhaps it’s time for a judge to ban him from riding public transportation.
