Assuming Love and Hip Hop Atlanta is not currently filming, the latest brush up between hip hop’s favorite reality couple (depending on who you speak with) Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez appeared in an Atlanta court on Tuesday because of claims Stevie J allegedly made against his future baby mama.
According to a police report, Stevie J told Sandy Springs cops in Georgia that Hernandez went on a physical attack against him resulting in scratches to his face.
Apparently the police could not verify those claims, however he was instructed to take out a restraining order just in case. The alleged altercation was the result of Joseline hearing rumors that Jordan was creeping with another chick was believed to be reality star Tommie Lee who was fired from Love and Hip Hop Atlanta earlier this year. Hernandez and Lee have had their own issues in the past and some of saying that Stevie has his set on a famous singer from New York City.
Considering she is expected to give birth within a few months, having a restraining order in place would complicate the situation even more if Stevie J plans on seeing the baby once Hernandez gives birth.
If you recall, Hernandez was sued for assaulting former reality star and model Althea Heart in 2015. That case has since been settled.
