Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna are back in court, this time it’s Rob suing his ex for damages from an incident back in December 2016.
According to Blast.com Kardashian claims that Blac Chyna consumed a significant amount of drugs and alcohol on the night of December 14, 2016.
” Kardashian claims Blac Chyna called two of his friends on FaceTime and was playing with Rob’s gun, pointing the gun at the camera at one point. Later in the evening, Chyna lunged towards him with an iPhone charging cable and attempted to strangle him with the cord. He claims he was able to get away from her, but she chased after him and repeatedly struck him in the head and face.

To make matters even worst Rob’s younger sister Kylie Jenner is also suing Black Chyna for $100,000 for damages done to her house that she rented to her brother Rob. According to reports, Black Chyna is accused of damaging a television, breaking down a door, damaging the walls, destroying cell phones and smashing a gingerbread house that was made for the holidays. In addition to the damages, the Kardashians claim Chyna terrorized Kylie by telling her to get tests for sexually transmitted diseases because Kylie was dating Tyga.

The Kardashians describe Chyna as a stripper who created a reputation as a money-hungry pseudo-celebrity. They say she is also known for her hard-partying and has little if any, accomplishments in the entertainment industry according to the suit. They even claimed that Chyna’s relationship with Rob was an attempt to shake down the Kardashian family.

As for the “Rob &Chyna” reality show, sources say E! tried to make a second season work, but realized filming the show would not be safe for the network. The KarJenners are suing for assault, battery and vandalism. They are seeking unspecified damages.
