The case against Big Sean’s ex Naya Rivera will not be moving forward according to a recent court hearing in Kanawha County Magistrate in West Virginia. Rivera married her co-actor Ryan Dorsey months after separating from rapper Big Sean.
Dorsey called police on Thanksgiving weekend claiming that Rivera was hitting him and cops decided that there was probable cause to arrest her. However, on January 12th, Dorsey told prosecutors he didn’t want to go forward with the case.
Rivera has filed for divorce and is asking that she get full custody of their one-year-old child.
