Do you remember all the of odd philanthropic behavior Drake has shown over the past few weeks? You remember the scholarship money he gave away in Miami. Or the time he paid for everyone’s groceries in the store? Well we finally know what Drake was up to, and it was all for God’s Plan.
Drake’s newest music video to his smash hit “God’s Plan” is a nearly six-minute long showcase of his philanthropy throughout the city of Miami. In the video directed by Director X and Karena Evans Drake gave away almost $1 million to local residents and organizations in need. The video opened with “The budget for the video was $996,631.90,” the opening title cards read. “We gave it all away. Don’t tell the label…”
