The cast of “Greenleaf” gathered together with their fans for the premiere of their upcoming season. The show, which has been on the air since 2016, kicked off its third season with a watch party at SCAD show in Atlanta. Hosted by OWN and V103, the event featured a Q&A with some of the cast, and of course, a taste of the drama set to unfold this season. Over 300 fans crowded the theater eager to watch the season make its debut.
This season on “Greenleaf” you can expect some surprises. The marital waters are stormy for the Bishop and Lady Mae. Mae reconnects with an old friend, played by Patti Labelle, to try to keep the church intact. Grace makes moves in silence at an attempt to save the Bishop from crashing and burning, while maintaining her strained relationship with Darius. The drama will no doubt be enough to keep you glued to the screen.
