There was a recent hearing held in Fulton County Superior court that was presided over by Judge Paige Reese Whitaker where lawyers for both Sheena Evans and Radric Davis professionally known as Gucci Mane battled it out over what should be paid to the mother of his autistic son.
Attorney Tanya Mitchell Graham argued that Ms. Evans was unable to properly care for their son on a $2000.00. She pointed out to Judge Whitaker that Gucci Mane’s wealth is estimated to be around 15 million dollars and that he flaunts his his flashy lifestyle on social media.
In her suit filed last year, Evans argued the rapper was making a substantial amount more since leaving prison in 2011.
Gucci’s baby mama took issue with him spending a considerable amount of money on fine jewelry and says when the rapper got married, he spent in excess of $1 million for his wedding. She said this is proof that is more than capable of paying more support to her than the current $2k a month.
Most recently the So Icy rapper gifted his wife Keyshia Ka’oir with a 2019 Rolls Royce Cullinan truck which is valued at $325,000.00.
The judge has yet to rule on the upward modification of support.
