There is a wave of new young rappers with street knowledge and talented bars to match and it looks like the young member of Maybach Music, Meek Mill, has recognized this. In a new Cosmic Kev Freestyle video, Meek Mill helps to introduce a sixteen year old artist who goes by the name of “Lil Snupe“.
The MMG member also informally announced the newest addition to his label via Twitter. Last week as Meek Mill and Cassidy continued their little rap beef, Meek Mill laughed and included Lil Snupe in one of his Twitter jabs, referring to him as the artist he’d get to battle Cass.
Lil Snupe tweeted a few confirmations that also lead us to believe that he is Meek Mill’s label’s next project.
Lil Snupe, a 16 yr. old young hungry Louisiana artist, has been titled via Twitter by @MeekMill and his camp as a newcomer to the DreamChaser Label. Meek Mill stomped through the hip hop yard with pure consistency in his own mixtapes and albums, so we here at Hip Hop Enquirer can only imagine what will arrive with his newest protege’, Lil Snupe.
Anytime a sixteen year old talented kid can progress into a future of sharing his story through rap lyrics, we have a win. Lil Snupe’s unique southern grammar and the hardships he’s experienced in life at just 16, are shown all throughout his independent mixtape project.
