When it comes to competition, we know R. Kelly doesn’t take it too well as evidenced by the melt down of his Best Of Both Worlds Tour some years back with Jay Z. Well another singer who is actually in R. Kelly’s lane had a few words to say about The R trying to sabotage his career.
In a recent interview with VLAD TV, Joe revealed how the Chicago singer tried to bully radio programers and concert promoters into not playing his music and threatening not to come on their show if they did. Joe got the information from some reliable sources but says he respects Kelly but Robert viewed him as a threat and was on his bumper. They have never actually spoke personally on the issue but Ne-Yo had to deal with the R&B diva antics in the past too.
If you recall, Ne-Yo was allegedly booted from Kells’ tour several years ago because the young crooner was a little too hot for Kelly who was used to getting all the attention. Check out Joe speaking on the hate now.
