Social Media Day ATL 2014 (SMDayATL14) is a huge event designed to connect Atlanta’s top social media influencers. The affair has been said to be Atlanta’s networking event of the year. Mashable Inc. named Social Media Day ATL 2014 as one of the “5 Social Media Day Events You Should Attend”.
The extravagant event was held yesterday at Tongue & Groove here in Atlanta, Georgia. This year’s event was definitely the highlight of Atlanta’s nightlife as over 400 people came out to network, mingle, and find out who is Atlanta’s top social media influencer.
Individuals and organizations had to acquire votes via Twitter to be named SMDAYATL14’s top social influencer. The voting period was open for approximately two months. With the event being one of the top events in the city and its focus on social media, Hip hop Enquirer had to make its presence be known. We got a late start but in just two days, Hip Hop Enquirer not only made the top 100 list, but we gained so many votes that we finished in the top 10.
This is a wonderful achievement for us at Hip Hop Enquirer and we would like to thank those who supported and helped us reach this accomplishment. Special shout out to Coach Dasha Ware for all that she does.
