1800 Tequila released the third installment of its groundbreaking ‘Enough Said Episodes’ video series, this time starring rapper Kid Ink. Kid Ink joins Ray Liotta and Michael K. Williams in the series, which showcases the famed hip-hop recording artist preserving his streets–bred personality as his star continues to rise.
Kid Ink talks about growing up in Los Angeles, using music to navigate the mean streets of Los Angeles, inspiring others to pursue their dreams and falling in love with hip-hop at 16 years old. The video also features his hit single ‘Hell and Back’.
I am from Los Angeles, California born and raised. I think growing up in LA is very cultural, there’s a lot of different cultures. Being able to grow up and have different music and sounds and vibes and food and different religions, everything in general, I think everything in general made me a better artists and more of an open-minded artist.
The ad is very revealing and if you do not know much about Kid Ink you will now. It makes him very easy to relate to and shows how down to earth he is. Which is a hard task when you are rich and successful rapper.
