Big K.R.I.T. recently sat down with XXL Magazine to discuss the official pushback of his highly anticipated debut album, Live From the Underground. Originally, the album was set to drop on September 27, but unlike so many album delays where the label decides to push the project back, KRIT himself actually decided to push the album back. See what he had to say about his decision, and why he felt he needed more time. Video inside.
It was recently announced that K.R.I.T. was nominated for a couple of 2011 BET Hip Hop Awards, including “Best Rookie of the Year”. Glad to see an artist actually taking pride in his work, and not dropping a load of hurried B.S. just to get to the money.
