Not long after law enforcement arrested singer R. Kelly outside his Chicago Trump Towers building, agents from Homeland Security along with NYPD detectives took possession of the singer’s residence and padlocked the doors thus preventing his live in girlfriends Joycelyn Savage and Azriel Clary to regain entry into the unit.
On Thursday, Robert Sylvester Kelly was arrested in Chicago and charged with Sex Trafficking and Obstruction of Justice stemming from claims that he transported under-age girls across state lines for the sole purpose of having sex with them.
In Atlanta on Friday, R. Kelly’s publicist Darrell Johnson held a press conference outside the Loew’s Hotel on 12th street to discuss the singer’s latest arrest. Within minutes of the start of the press conference, the father of Joycelyn Savage, Timothy Savage interrupted the conference shouting to Johnson “Where is his daughter?” After words were exchanged between the two, Johnson continued speaking with the media. Johnson was aggressively questioned by members of the media about why was he there and not provided any additional information.
